There is something basic and pleasing about a good drawing. Not only is it the foundation of all other forms of visual art, but in general it’s a simple medium that allows me to ground myself and connect with the moment. With a pad and pencil or pen I capture things that stimulate me, things that make me focus in the moment, whether on a beach or in a boardroom. Some of these drawings are simply doodles and others are gifts, commissions for books and print material.
